This Refund Policy is incorporated for Kimana Motors Private Limited (KMPL). Users are advised to read the Refund Policy along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. KMPL shall be further referred to CRECKK strive to provide the best services and products possible to our users. Our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction extends to our Refund Policy.
 

CRECKK hopes that the services and products you avail or purchase through our website/App goes smoothly and without any issues. Nonetheless, due to certain unforeseeable situation, sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Our Refund Policy is outlined as under:
 

  1. 1. Cancellation and Return Eligibility:
  • • With respect to the users who have availed the services Car Accessories, Installations, repair and/or Car parts, such customers will have the option to cancel their services till order not delivered at your place. If the Customer has already paid for the services and place cancellation thereafter, then in such circumstances, the amount paid by the customer may be refunded subject to the following conditions:
     
  • a. If the Vendor (as defined in Terms of Use) providing services has been allotted and the Vendor has already left for the selected location of repair, then in such situation, if the user places cancellation, the user shall not be eligible for Refund.
  • b. The user shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund once the Vendor has commenced the availed services.
  • c. The user shall not be applicable to any refund after the availed services have been fulfilled. The user agrees and acknowledges that dissatisfaction in services shall be no ground to claim refund.
  • d. The user shall not be able to cancel the services availed or claim refund in an event where the user and/or its vehicle is not at the selected location.
  • • With respect to the users who have purchased products from the website/App, the users will have the option to cancel the product after the product is shipped from the facility.
  • • Upon the delivery of the order, the user shall be given 7 (Seven) days to either return or exchange the product, however, the product delivered cannot be exchanged or returned if the user has used or damaged the product.
  • • If CRECKK is satisfied that the product returned is in good condition, then in such cases, CRECKK may refund the amount of product purchased as per the condition of the product.

 

  1. 2. Refund Process:
  • • To request a refund, the users shall contact our customer support team at support@creckk.com and provide their booking details.
  • • Before CRECKK issues any refund, CRECKK will enquire into the matter. If CRECKK is of the opinion that the user is not eligible for refund as per the provisions of clause 1 or for any other reasonable cause, then in such circumstances, CRECKK will have the right to reject the refund request.
  • • If CRECKK is of the opinion that the user is eligible for the Refund, then CRECKK will issue such refunds. Any deduction to be made in the amount of refund will be the discretion of CRECKK. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • • Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.

 

  1. 3. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues or service disruptions that affect your ability to access our website or services, we will make every effort to promptly resolve such issues. However, this does not warrant a refund of any fees paid.

 

  1. 4. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

When a customer places an order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, they are required to accept and pay for the product at the time of delivery. The customer must ensure that they have the necessary funds available to complete the payment.

1.2 Condition for Refund, Return, or Replacement:

No request for a refund, return, or replacement will be processed until the product has been accepted by the customer and payment has been made in full at the time of delivery.
 

2. Initiating a Refund, Return, or Replacement:

2.1 Eligibility for Initiation:

Once the product has been accepted and payment has been confirmed, the customer may initiate a request for a refund, return, or replacement. To be eligible, the customer must adhere to the procedures and conditions outlined in this policy.

2.2 Procedure for Initiation:

The customer must contact our Customer Service department within [specified timeframe, e.g., 7 days] from the date of delivery to request a refund, return, or replacement. The request must include the following:
